Sanga Restaurant @ Chin Ann Road, Kuching

First time trying this place out.. according to my friends, this is one of the higher priced japanese restaurants in town.. first impression upon entering was quite a spacious setting.. however, the wooden seats were quite painful to sit on after awhile, bum was entirely flattened out after 3 hours!

Spicy Chicken Ramen.. tasted very korean instead of japanese.. but still very flavoursome and good for the soul! Advise: Eat when hot else noodle expands!

Eel/ Unagi Ramen, wasn't my dish.. so no idea how it tasted like.. but based on appearance.. very palatable! =)

Can't leave out the Edamame beans! Tasted Fresh and crunchy.. and served with the right amount of salt.

Soft Shell Crab Roll.. this was gigantic, well worth the price.. if you're looking for carbs.. this is surrounded with bountiful of rice! But taste was not too bad.

And teriyaki chicken on a skewer (3 skewers per serve)! This actually tasted surprisingly pleasant.. tender and savoury..

Dinner for two that cost around Rm 70, not too bad I reckon..
